About

The founders are the contract.

You are reading this because someone in your network told you about us, or because the work we publish made you curious. Both routes are by design.

Why We Built This

The origin.

Cosmopro does not market widely. The work moves through referral, board recommendation, and the slow recognition that the firm you actually want is the one that does not pitch.

The four of us founded Cosmopro after watching the same pattern repeat across Lebanon and the Gulf. Boards bought AI strategies from firms that did not speak Arabic and could not name Article 23 of the Saudi PDPL. Family conglomerates spent millions on platform contracts before deciding what their people were supposed to do differently on Monday morning. Ministries published AI roadmaps that read as if they had been translated from a London slide deck. The frameworks were not wrong. They were just not for here.

We started Cosmopro on a structural bet. The 100x Shift, the collapse of coordination cost that Coase first described in 1937, the inversion of compute and labor cost, the rise of agentic organizations: all of it is real, and all of it is coming faster than the institutions in our region are reorganizing themselves to absorb. The firms that win the next decade in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman will not be the firms that bought the most expensive AI platform. They will be the firms whose top five decision-makers learned to operate inside the new operating system, in Arabic and English, with a governance charter that holds up to SDAIA scrutiny.

Cosmopro is built around five layers: Foresight, Strategy, Operations, Capabilities, and Governance and Sentinel. We deliver all five as one operating system. We do not implement software, so our recommendations are clean. We do not display vendor partner badges, so our advice is not for sale to the highest bidder. We do not staff with juniors after the senior sale, so the people you meet in week one are the people who deliver in week twelve. We publish our methodology, in Arabic, French, and in English, because the people who are right for us read it and recognize themselves.

Our names are on the proposal. Our names will be on the engagement. That is the contract.

Structural Commitments

What we commit to, in writing.

These are not marketing claims. They are structural rules that govern how Cosmopro is built and how it operates.

No Software P&L Pledge
Cosmopro does not implement software, hold reseller agreements, or take revenue share from any platform vendor whose product we recommend. Our recommendations are structurally clean.
Current commercial relationships with platform vendors: None.
Status renewed annually. Last confirmed: 2026.
Founder-on-the-Engagement Pledge
Every Cosmopro engagement is delivered by a named founder. You are never handed off to a junior team after the kickoff call. The person you meet in week one delivers in week twelve.
If this commitment is broken at any point in your engagement, you have the right to terminate without a cancellation fee.
Capability-Transfer Commitment
Cosmopro measures and publishes capability-transfer milestones from every engagement. Our commercial model is designed to end engagements, not extend them.
Metrics tracked from engagement one: time-to-self-sufficiency; percentage of clients off retainer within 12 months; percentage of clients who decline renewal.
Numbers publish as data accumulates. Tracking live from launch.
Discretion Pledge
We do not publish client logos, names, or case studies without explicit written permission from the client. Most of our work happens at boardroom level. Discretion is the default.
If a client chooses to be named in a case study, that is their decision. It is never ours.
Annual Audit

Sovereign-Stack Engagement Mix Audit

Once per year, Cosmopro publishes the breakdown of platform stacks involved across all client engagements in the prior 12 months. This verifies the No Software P&L Pledge.

2026 Annual Audit

First audit will be published after the first 12 months of operations. Check back in Q2 2027.

Platform stacks Cosmopro is qualified to assess: AWS Bedrock me-central-1, Azure OpenAI UAE North, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Oracle OCI, Anthropic Claude API, G42/Core42 Greenshield, Otech Oman, HUMAIN Saudi Arabia, Meta Llama, Mistral, ALLaM.

If this is the firm you have been looking for, the next step is a conversation.

No pitch deck. A 30-minute call with a founder. That is how every Cosmopro engagement starts.
